Mr. Jack Ford, 61, of West Monroe, was born on August 27, 1958 to the union of James Coy and Myrtle Thom Ford and passed from this life on October 17, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents, J.C. and Myrtle Ford; sister, Carol Ford; and brother, Roger Ford. Survivors left to cherish the memory of Jack are his son, Jack “Bubba” Ford, Jr; daughter, Leigh Ann Ford; and brothers, David Ford, Walter Ford, and James Ford. He is also survived by a numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
