He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Katie Rogers; sisters, Laura Lee Schmidt, Mary Williams, Sissie Rogers, and brothers, Kenneth Rogers, and Romey Rogers.
Survivors include his sister, Anita Otwell; nephew, Wayne Smith, Mike Otwell, Tim Otwell, Ronnie Smith, Billie Otwell, and niece, Dianne Kilgore; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
