Obituary for William Claude "Bill/Billy" Brunson Jr.
A Celebration of Life will be held for William “Bill, Billy” Claude Brunson, Jr. Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. in the Massey Bldg, Calhoun Baptist Church.
Mr. Brunson was born September 22, 1948 in Liberty, TX and passed February 18, 2023 at his home. Mr. Brunson was a Master Electrician and an instructor at Louisiana Delta Community College. He also received an Associate Degree in Computer Tech/IT. Mr. Brunson loved to hunt and spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was humble and patient. He gave the best advice and was very easy going. He never said anything bad about anybody; never complained and NEVER WORRIED!!
Mr. Brunson was preceded in death by his parents, William Claude Brunson, Sr and Marjorie Allennette Gryder Brunson; brother, James “Jimmy” Earl Brunson, and sister, “Sissy” Lea Harper.
Survivors include daughters, Lisa Brunson, West Monroe, LA and Stephanie Brunson, Eros, LA., grandson Joseph Brian Claude Davis and wife Haley of West Monroe, La. and granddaughter Avrianna Brunson of Eros, LA. Great grandchildren, Livia and Gunner King of West Monroe, LA, LoraMae King, of Moreauville, LA.

We can share stories and pictures and definitely some laughs and probably
some tears. We are going to be honoring and “featuring” Bill so instead of charging an admission we just humbly ask that you bring a covered dish.
There is a Go Fund Me set up to Joseph Davis’ Facebook Page. I also have a PayPal account set up. Monies collected will be used to cover the end of life arrangements and medical bills incurred.
