Obituary for Waymon Tyler Smith
A celelbration of life for Mr. Waymon Tyler Smith of Monroe, LA will be at 11:00am, Wednesday, July 17, 2019 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home. 600 Hwy. 139 Monroe, LA. with Teresa Thomas officiating.
Visitation will be held 10am until time of service at the funeral home.
Waymon was born July 1, 1964 and passed from this life on July 15, 2019 at the age of 55.
He is preceded in death by his father, Victor W. Smith, paternal grandparents, Sidney L. and Geneva Smith, maternal grandparents, R.O. and Estelle Bailey.
Those left to cherish his memories include his daughter, Ashley Smith and fiance’ Matthew Smith; two sisters, Pam Smith and husband Ray, Vickie Smith; Mother, Janice B. Smith; grandson, Gauge Smith; five nieces; Also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
