Funeral Service celebrating the life of Terry Alan Lewis of Columbia, LA will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, June 7, 2020 at Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe.
Family will receive friends for visitation 12pm until time of service at the funeral home.
Terry Alan Lewis was born December 28, 1971 and passed from this life June 3, 2020 at the age of 48.
Terry enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and on the lake.
He is preceded in death by his father, WC Lewis and mother, Mary Ann Lewis.
Those left to cherish his memories include his wife 8 years Ashley Lewis; son, Alex Brandon Lewis; daughters, Kirsten Stapleton and husband Nicolas; Maura Lee Lewis, and Lillie Lewis; three brothers, Lonnie Lewis and wife Pam, Kelly Lewis and wife June, and Patrick Lewis; one grand-daughter, Kinsley Stapleton; nieces, Riley Lee, Josie Lee, and Brookie Lewis; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
