Obituary for Teresa Lynn Ladner (Spillers)
A Memorial Service for Teresa Ladner “Aunt Reeses Cup” will be held Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Aulds Chapel Church, 174 Aulds Chapel Road, Downsville, LA . Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 at the church.
Teresa was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister and friend. She absolutely loved her son Jake and her granddaughter. She enjoyed cooking, shopping and spending time with her family. She was a kind-hearted and compassionate person; she always looked for the best in people. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Teresa was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Daymond and Mildred Taylor; paternal grandparents, Doc and Palmer Spillers.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 30 years, Jeffrey Ladner; son Jacob Ladner and granddaughter, Everly Mine Ladner; parents, James and Kathy Spillers; siblings, Alicia Spillers, Jamie Spillers (Danny), James Spillers, Jr. (Tammy); Nieces, Taylor Johnson (Jay), Brooke Webb (Andy), Abbey Spillers; Nephew: Matthew Williams and a host of family and friends.
