Shirley Ann Lewis was born September 17, 1943 to the union of Albert and Beatrice Thompson and passed from this earth on January 10, 2021 in Monroe, LA.
Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Beatrice Thompson; husband, Byron Lewis.
She is survived by her two children, Vallie Evan and Michael Klangos; two siblings, Cindy Hays and Dave Thompson; two grandchildren, Crysti Holmes and Daniel Tullos; three great-grandchildren, Micheala Butler, Tristan Butler and Luke Carmichael; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
