Shirley was born December 14, 1946 and passed from this life on December 29, 2019 at the age of 73.
She is preceded in death by her husband Roy Hudgins, parents, E.O. and Johnnie Smith, and brother, Gary Smith.
Those left to cherish her memories include her children, Cindy Williams and husband Jeff, and Pamela Cook, three grandchildren, David Porter, Jr., Allen Cook, III, and Gabrielle Cook; Also survived by numerous brothers, sisters, and extended family and friends.
