Obituary for Sharon Lynn Womack
Funeral service celebrating the life of Sharon Lynn Womack of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00am, Thursday, January 7, 2021 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe, with Bro. Kevin Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home, West Monroe.
Family will receive friends for visitation, Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 5pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
Sharon was born June 12, 1945 and passed from this life January 4, 2021 after lengthy illness with Alzheimer’s.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Lurlene Goodman.
Those left to cherish her memories include her husband Charles Womack; four sons, John Womack, Jimmy Womack and wife Laura, Ben Womack and wife Keri, and Matt Womack and wife Katie; two brothers, Bob Goodman of Phoenix AZ, Check Goodman of Denver, CO; sister, Joan Holmes, and Marla Lebeau of Decatur, IL; nine grandchildren, Joshua Charles Womack, Joseph Womack, Heather Womack, Samantha Womack, Nick Womack, Lyla Belle, Derbin Womack, Julia Womack, Will Womack; two great-grandchildren, Noah Womack and Charlie Womack; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
