Obituary for Ryan "Tug" Windham

Funeral service celebrating the life of Ryan "Tug" Windham of West Monroe, LA., will be held at 10:00am, Tuesday, November 8, 2022 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe, LA., with Rev. Morgan Mcalister officiating.
Interment will follow at Hewitt Cemetery, Mangham, LA., under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
Family will receive friends for visitation 5:00pm until 8:00pm, Monday, November 7, 2022 at the funeral home.
Ryan “Tug” Windham, age 36, passed away on November 2, 2022. Ryan Was a WMHS graduate in 2004. He started his career at age 18 when he went to work offshore and most recently, he was the HDD Superintendent at Foss Oil Energy Services in Dallas, TX. He was an avid duck hunter, a talented drummer, and the biggest fan of our LSU Tigers.
Ryan was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ramsey and Marie Hicks and James Louis Stephens and paternal grandparents Wayne and Mary Windham.
Ryan is survived by his parents, Albert S. Windham and Susan Hicks Windham, his sister Heather Huber, her husband Henry Huber and their 4 children. Olivia Grace Huber, Landen Sydney Huber, Isabella Sinclaire Huber, and Alyssa Grace Huber. His Little sister Steffany Jill Windham and her 2 daughters, Jillian Kate Sanders and Jess- Claire Sanders. And his youngest sister, Susan Brooke Bagwell and her 3 children, Kyla-Drue Stout, Lawe Windham Bagwell and Albie Suzanne Bagwell. As well as the love of his life and truest best friend Kristen Leigh Stapleton. Our lives are forever changed by the loss of this precious man.
Honorary Pallbearers are Alex Mayes and Shannon Sims. Pallbearers are as follows: Trey Oglesby, Ryan Austin, Drake May, Alex Lee, Kane Finkbeiner, and Steven Carney.
