Obituary for Ron Edward "Ron" Mills Jr.
Funeral Services celebrating the life of Ronald “Ron” Mills, Jr. of Monroe, LA will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, February 22, 2020 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe, with Matt Owens, Chad Johnson, and Phil Robertson officiating.
Family will receive friends for visitation from 11:00am until time of service at the funeral home.
Ron was born on September 19, 1954 and passed from this life on February 9, 2020 at the age of 65.
Ron was a cashier and manager for his family owned business, Texaco. He loved camping, hunting, fishing, target shooting with his son and friends, and enjoyed his time outdoors.
He is preceded in death by his father, Tom Mills; brother, Tom Jr. Mills; Uncle Chuck, Son, George William Mills.
Those left to cherish his memories include; His wife Janelle Mills of 30 years; Son, Ron Jr. Mills, Mary “MiMi” Rae Hongvilay Mills; Mother, Barbara Mills; Sisters, Alice Lenard Mills and Marilyn; Three grandchildren, Layni Hongvilay, Haviana Hongvilay, Ray Hongvilay, and Special family friend, Connie Esparza; Also survived by extended family and friends.
