Funeral service celebrating the life of Robin Heath "Bohephus" Burke of West Monroe, LA., will be held at 12:00pm, Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, West Monroe, with Bro. Bryan Ulmer officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.
We celebrate the life of Mr. Robin Heath Burke, aka, uncle, Bohephus to many.
He came into this world December 22, 1987, and left for his heavenly home Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at his home in Luna, LA. He was a professed child of God, being baptized and lead to the lord by Bro. Randy Burdeaux. He absolutely loved riding his Harley Davidson and Vulcan motorcycles. He loved the freedom of the wind in his hair; He loved the outdoors, fishing was his favorite (unless it was cold) he loved all animals especially his husky, Ghost. He loved his partner in crime and fiancé, Heather Reynolds Huff. His life was short but he lived it to the fullest. His life, love, and laughter will forever be missed by all who loved him.
Heath is survived by his parents, Don and Linda Honaker of Luna, LA.; father, Robert Gary Burke of Bastrop, LA.; brothers, David Lynn Burke, Robert Gary, Butch Burke, Jacob Lebrun and Jimmy Arnaud; nephew, Jason Gage Burke, and niece, Elizabeth Ann Burke.
He leaves his loved fiancé, Heather Reynolds Huff; grandparents, Jerry and Ann Wolfe of Bastrop, LA., Barbara Burke of Bastrop, LA. He leaves behind his aunt, Beverly and Jimmy Johnson of Vicksburg, MS.; uncle, Jimmy and Rhena Wolfe of Murfreesboro, IN.; uncle, Victor and Jollisa Burke of Arkansas; aunt, Theresa Montgomery of Bastrop, LA., also several adopted nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Preceding Heath in death was his uncle, Richard Wolfe; great-grandparents, Crawford and Ruby Wolfe; grandfather, Woodrow Nathaniel Burke, and cousin, Tiffani French.
