Memorial service for Patricia “Pat” Atkins will be Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe, LA with Bro. Ricky Baker Officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. -3:00 P.M. Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe at a later date.

Mrs. Atkins was a loving wife, mother, mimi, sister and friend. She loved to crochet and sew; she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a beautician for many years. She was a sweet and kind person and to know her was to be her friend. Her girls were her heart and she would call them multiple times a day to check on them.

Mrs. Atkins was preceded in death by her husband, Preston Atkins; parents, Herman and Ruby McCraw; brother, Jim McCraw; sister, Narcia Burnam and great grandson, Stetson Mire.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Robin West (Tracy), Rene Taylor (Steve), Jamie Delancy (Dustin); step-children, Tyler Atkins (Rhonda), Christina Johnson (David); sister, Mary Tessemer; brothers, Chuck McCraw and Rusty McCraw.

She had 15 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Last but not least her beloved fur baby, Miley.
