Obituary for Patricia Gail Kilman

A Celebration of life for Patricia Gail Kilman of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, May 1, 2021 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe with Bro. Ron Lowe officiating.

Patricia was born March 9, 1956 and passed from this life April 22, 2021 at the age of 65.
She loved crafts of all types, traveling, and dancing. Patricia was an advocate for domestic violence for women, certified in domestic violence training, advocate for individuals in domestic violence, shelter advocate for YMCA of Northeast LA, domestic violence program manager for YMCA, and transitional housing facilitator for Rays of Sonshine. She was a devout Christian and was a praise and worship singer.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Odean Kilman; sister, Judy Fulton, brother in law, Dan Fulton and nephew, Jeff Fulton.

Those left to cherish her memories include her daughter, Amanda Finley and husband Chris Tyler; daughter, Nikki Davenport and husband Jack; sister, Linda Blanchard; six grandchildren, Lane Freeman spouse Tori, Brittney Freeman, Tyler Goyne, Elizabeth Davenport, Amy Davenport, and Jason Davenport; great grandchild, Emalia Rios and one expected September 2021, nieces, Monica Talbot and husband WJ, Tracey Kilgore and husband Clay; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Griffin Funeral Home, funeral expense or the Colon Cancer Foundation of your choice.
