Funeral service for Mickey Lee Russell will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2021, in the chapel of Crossroads Cowboy Church of West Monroe at 1:00pm with Bro. David Buckley, Pastor Vince Roussin, and Bob McGehee officiating. Visitation will be held in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home of West Monroe, LA on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, from 5pm to 8pm.
Mickey Russell was born on July 16, 1957 and passed from this life on January 11, 2021, at the age of 63.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 29 years Betty Russell; father Armon Russell; second father, Alvy George; nephew, Stacy Russell; step son, Keith Hebert.
Those left to cherish his memories will be his mother, Mamie Allen Tedeton; brother, Randy Russell and wife Cathy of Eros, LA; sister Diane McGehee and husband Bob of Downsville, LA; sister, Cherri Bryan and husband Alfred of Eros, LA; brother, Kenneth Russell and wife Irene of Eros, LA; sister, Kathy Hebert and husband Mark of Waveland, MS; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, step children and step grandchildren.
