Obituary

Graveside memorial services for Mr. Mickey Doyle Burch of Monroe, LA will be 3:00PM Friday, June 11, 2021 at Antioch Cemetery near Farmerville with Rev. Curt Augar officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe.

Mr. Burch was born November 27, 1958 in Monroe, LA and passed from this life on June 8, 2021 in Monroe, LA at the age of 62. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church near Farmerville and was an avid outdoorsman. Mickey enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing his guitar. He was a quiet, yet caring and generous person, was known for his “humming” and beautiful smile. He was very loved and will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Allen Wilson and Paree Burch.

Survivors include his wife, Pearl Burch of Monroe; his children, John Perry and wife, Melissa of Oakman, AL, James Perry of Columbia, Jennifer Baum and Christina Wood, both of Alexandria; his siblings, Betty Cruse and Peggy Harbor, both of West Monroe, James Eddie Burch of Arkansas, Linda Womack of Angleton, TX, Amy Thomas of West Monroe, Wanda Gay Viereck and husband, Dwight of Bastrop, and Debbie Elliott and husband, Bill of West Monroe; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
