Funeral service for Mrs. Margie Bogle, 92, of Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00am, Saturday, August 31, 2019, in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Dr. West Monroe, LA. Interment will follow the service at Mulhearn Memorial Park, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday, August 31, 2019 from 9:00 AM until 1time of service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bogle was born on January 19, 1927 in Marble City, OK to the union of Edena Mae Porter Morris and Thomas Franklin Morris, and passed from this life on August 29, 2019 in Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Charles E. Bogle, Sr; and sons, Charles E. Bogle, Jr and Paul Franklin Bogle.
Survivors left to cherish her memory are her sons, James Bogle, Sr. of Monroe, John H. Bogle of Baton Rouge, and Bill Bogle and wife Wanda of West Monroe. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Pallbearers to honor Mrs. Bogle will be James Bogle, John Bogle, Bill Bogle, Jordan Pernell, Jordan Lara, and Sean Bogle.
