Obituary for Lucy "Sue" Marie Manning
Funeral service celebrating the life of Lucy “Sue” Marie Manning of Calhoun, LA will be held at 3:00pm, Sunday, June 19, 2022, at Souls Harbor United Pentecostal Church, with Pastor, Julien Ryder officiating.
Family will receive friends for visitation 2:00pm until time of service at the church.
Lucy “Sue” was born September 20, 1927, and passed from this life June 17, 2022, at the age of 94.
She is preceded in death by her father, Ernest Peyton Boren; mother, Myrtle Huff Boren; son, Joe Mirel Huff; brothers, James Leslie Boren, and Walter “Bo” Peyton Boren, Sr.
Those left to cherish her memory include son, Eddie Wayne Huff; granddaughter, Audrianna Marie Huff Champion and husband, Silas Aaron; sister-in-law, Frances Boren; niece, Janet Caston and nephew, Jr. Boren; Also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
Pallbearers serving include Rodney Powell, Seth Powell, Luke Powell, Caleb Simmons, and Jr. Boren.
