Mrs. Morgan was born February 18, 1978 in Columbia, LA and passed from this life on Sunday, June 14, 2020 in Dodson, LA.
Krystal worked at Ouachita Valley Bank in West Monroe. She was loved and cherished by all who met her.
Krystal loved being active. She lived her life to the fullest enjoying fishing, working in her beautiful flower beds and most of all visiting with friends and family.
Her love for animals was one of her greatest qualities. She rescued and fostered many animals’ dogs, cats and horses. Whatever needed help she went out of her way to help. Her favorite horse was called Buck and she rode him until she became too ill to ride.
Krystal’s children were her whole world. She loved and cherished them every day and was a very loving mother to them. She was kind to all she met and will be missed by all that loved and knew her.
Krystal was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clotiel Reid Hammond, Sherman Hogg and Bernice Hogg.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Matthew Morgan of Dodson, LA; daughter, Makayla James of Dodson, LA; son Jason James of Dodson, LA; ex-husband, Bubba James, father of her children; sisters, Virginia Tupper (Kelvin) of Blanchard, LA and Sarah Robinson (Sidney) of Leesville, LA; brother, Edsel “Bo” Leon Hogg (Lekisha) of South Carolina; mother, Patsy Reid Hogg of Dodson; father Edsel Hogg (Iris) of Gary, TX; step-brothers, Danny Lucas of West Monroe, LA, and Hicks Bradley (Karen) of West Monroe, LA; Krystal also leaves behind a host of special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She touched the lives of all who knew her, and her smile could light up a room.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that any planned memorials be made to your favorite animal rescue organization.
