Funeral services for Mrs. Kathy Ann Smith of West Monroe, LA will be held 12:00pm Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Hodge Assembly of God Church in Quitman, LA with Rev. Jason Townley officiating, interment will follow at Garden of Memories in Jonesboro under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe.
Kathy was born December 26, 1951 in Oakdale, LA to the union of HJ and Katherine Tracy and passed from this life on December 7, 2020, in Lake Charles, LA at the age of 68. Kathy was a member of Hodge Assembly of God Church. She loved cooking, sewing and spending time with her family and her dogs Lucy and Izzie.
She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, John Ross Bougues; two sisters, Sammie Lou Townley and Carroll Rae Heatherly.
Survivors include her husband, James Smith; three sons, Eric Bougues and wife, Krystal, Gary Bougues and wife, Sunni, and Micah Bougues and wife, April; two stepsons, Shannon Smith and wife, Rebecca, and Scott Smith and wife, Karen; fourteen grandchildren, Parker, Laila, Brooklyn, Austin, Kara, Alayna, Anna, Addisyn, Annalise, Brayden, Logan, Jackson, and Ainsley; one great-grandchild, Connor; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
