Private family memorials services for Ms. Kathy G. Lopez of West Monroe, LA will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe.
Ms. Lopez was born July 22, 1959 in Yazoo, MS and passed from this life on June 1, 2021 in West Monroe, LA at the age of 61. Kathy was a pet groomer, enjoyed reading in her pastime and loved animals very much. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was greatly loved and will be very missed.
She is preceded in death by her father, James Kendrix; her mother, Gladys Cloud; and her sister, Charlotte Gill.
Survivors include her son, Joey McLaughlin of West Monroe; her sisters, Brenda Gill of West Monroe, Darlene Tyson and husband, C.W. of Alabama, and Lillie Brown of Arkansas; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe to help defray funeral expenses.
