Friends and family gathering for Justin Ryan Slavent, Sr. of Downsville, LA will be held Wednesday, June 10, 2020 from 10:00am till 1:00pm at Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe.

Justin was born and raised in Fort Myers, FL. He and his family moved to Louisiana in 2010 where they currently reside. Justin was a loving husband and father to his two sons and his four-legged friends.

Justin was a mechanic for everyone and would work until the job was done. He enjoyed his time with his wife and kids riding four wheelers, fishing and just hanging out. He loved some country music and hip hop while he was doing his favorite things. Justin was loved by many and will be missed by all. His smile would warm a room when he walked in.

Justin leaves behind the love of his life and high school sweetheart Nikki Alvarez Slevant, his two amazing sons Justin Jr and Jacob “Tator”, father Scott Tracey Sr (wife Kori), mother, Tammy Houle Lucero, brother Scott Tracey Jr (Wife Ashly). His Uncle Gene Houle (wife Heidi) Grandparents Howard and Mary Cox, several other Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends.
Missed by all but never forgotten.
