Obituary for Joshua Aaron Graves
Funeral services for Joshua Aaron Graves of West Monroe will be 2pm Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Griffin Funeral Home in West Monroe with Bro. Tom Lowe officiating. Interment will follow at Serenity Gardens in West Monroe, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe. Visitation will be from 12pm until time of service at the funeral home.
Joshua was born October 13, 2000 and passed from this life on January 16, 2020 in Calhoun, LA at the age of 19. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He also loved playing his Xbox and listening to music. He was a loving son, grandson, nephew, and cousin. He will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl and Ethel Hilburn Sr; great-grandparents, Finis and Lelia Graves, Leo and Katie Harrell, Frank and Sadie Smith, and George and Sarah Hilburn; and great-uncle, Clifford Harrell.
Survivors include his parents, John and Rachel Graves of West Monroe; one sister, BreAnn McLendon and husband Ziggy of West Monroe; one brother, James Graves of West Monroe; two nieces, Callie and Kassie McLendon of West Monroe; grandparents, Robert and Susie Graves; one aunt, Tanya Graves of West Monroe; five uncles, Nicky Hilburn and wife Tracy, Tom Hilburn and wife Dianne, Dale Hilburn all of West Monroe, James Hilburn of Monroe, and Carl Hilburn Jr. and wife Martha of Liddieville; cousin, Grant Graves of West Monroe; also survived by a host of cousins, extended family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Chad Roberson, Jacob Roberson, Lane Davis, Robert Escalon, Johnny Hilburn, and Chris Smith.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Will Dunn, Nick Estes, Kenny Ray, and Grant Graves.
