Obituary for John Russell Tremaine Jr.
Memorial service for Mr. John Russell Tremaine, Jr. of Monroe, LA will be held Sunday, May 26, 2019 at 3:00pm at Lea Joyner United Methodist Church in Monroe, LA with Rev. Ben McGehee officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, May 26, 2019, from 2-3:00pm at the church.
John was born January 28, 1930 and passed from this life on May 23, 2019 at the age of 89
John was a part of the Graham Surghnor Lodge #383, F&AM, and was an avid Outdoorsman, he was a member of Lea Joyner United Methodist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents John and Margaret Tremaine and two brothers.
Those left to cherish his memories include his wife of 68 years Marjorie "Marge" Tremaine; daughter, Debbie T. Sims; two sons, David R. Tremaine, and John E. Tremaine; three grandchildren, Michael Tremaine, Cheryl Lynn Tremaine Mouser, Jeb D. Slade; five great-grandchildren; Also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
