Obituary for John Ronald Bruce, Sr.
Graveside service for John Ronald Bruce, Sr. of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:30pm, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Calhoun, with Pastor Jarod Hawthorne officiating, services are under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home, West Monroe.
Family will receive friends for visitation, 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe.
John was born October 19, 1946 and passed from this life January 16, 2021 at the age of 74.
He loved hunting, fishing, and wood working, he is preceded in death by his parents John and Lillian Bruce.
Those left to cherish his memories include his wife of 54 years, Linda Jean Bruce of West Monroe, son, John Ronald, Bruce Jr. and wife Dianne of Winnsboro, and daughter, Kathy Green and husband Troy of West Monroe; three sisters, Myrna Causey of Zachary, LA, Wanda Gayle Painter of Port Vincent, LA, and Diana Edgar of Pride, LA; seven grandchildren, Gabrielle George, Michaela St. Clair, Lauren Taylor, Kasey Bruce, Jayden Green, Brian Green, Jackson Green; also survived by a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
