He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Louise Dugger; one son, John Dugger, Jr.; and siblings Robert Dugger and Mary Lou Kalas.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Mary Dugger; his children, Susan D. Norris, and Troy Dugger and his wife, Jami; and grandchildren, Rachel Norris, Nolan Norris, and Brittany Upton along with numerous other family and friends.
