Obituary for Joe Norris Seward
Funeral service for Joe Norris Seward of West Monroe, LA will be held at 3:00pm, Saturday, November 21, 2020 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe, with Alberto Sandino and Tim Coates officiating.
Interment will follow at Rocky Branch Cemetery, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.
Family will receive friends for visitation 2:00pm until time of service at the funeral home.
Joe loved hunting, fishing, and collecting antiques. He spent most of his time on Bayou D’Arbonne. Joe never met a stranger and was a friend to all that knew him.
Joe was born March 29, 1942 and passed from this life November 18, 2020 at the age of 78.
He is preceded in death by parents, Joe and Avie Seward; wife of many years, Wanda Seward; daughter, Barbara Ann Seward.
Those left to cherish his memories include his daughter Sandy Seward Cascio and husband Joe; brother, Guy Seward; two sisters, Bobbie Holley and husband Carroll; Loretta McPherson; two grandsons, Nathan Seward, and Jordan Seward, and Jesse Cascio, and special friend Robbie Massey; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
