Obituary for Joe Frost
Memorial Services celebrating the life of Joe Frost of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, March 1, 2020 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe.
Family will receive friends for visitation 1pm until time of service at the funeral home.
Mr. Frost, a laborer, was born on November 19, 1951, in Monroe, LA and passed from this life on February 28, 2020 at the age of 68.
He served his country in the Army and was a road maintenance worker for Ouachita Parish for 40 years and then for the City of West Monroe for 10 years; he was also an avid deer hunter and loved his dogs.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Franklin and Lydia Frost; four brothers, George Franklin Frost, Elzie Eugene Frost, James Edward Frost and Jimmy Frost.
Those left to cherish his memories include his wife Patti Beene Frost; son, Steven Zeigler and wife Sarah; five daughters, Misty Frost, Mendy Frost, Sabrina Frost, Carrie Naquin, Angela Yarbour; sister, Vivian Bayles and husband Freddy; seven grandchildren, Holly Frost, Kaitlyn Copeland, Chad Copeland, Jennifer Frost, Leo Ziegler, TJ Frost, and Hattie Frost, and four great-grandchildren; brother in law, Dr. Stephen Beene and wife Karen; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
