Memorial services for Ms. Jo Fontana of Monroe, LA will be 2:00pm Saturday, February 23, 2019 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home 600 Hwy 139 Monroe with Father Job officiating.
Ms. Fontana was born May 29, 1959 in Winnfield, LA and passed from this life on February 19, 2019 in Monroe, LA at the age of 59. She was a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church in Monroe.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Dorothy Keiffer; one sister, Shirley Fife; and brother-in-law, Ronald Fontana.
Survivors include her daughter, Bambie Fontana and husband, Joseph Hryciuk of Everett, WA; two grandchildren, Presley Polasek and Calli Hryciuk; her step-father, Otis McDaniel of Eros; the father of their child, John Fontana of Monroe; two brothers, Carl Ray Keiffer and wife, Debbie of Eros and Randy Keiffer of Farmerville; brother-in-law, Robert Fontana and wife, Sherry of Orlando, FL; sister-in-law, Maryann Nettles and husband, Bill of Monroe; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
