Graveside service for Jerrell Wade Jones Sr. will be held at 10:00am Friday, January 6, 2023, at Hasley Cemetery with Ron Lowe officiating.
Mr. Jerrell Jones, Sr. was born on April 2, 1940 and passed from this life on January 4, 2023 at the age of 82. He was a cowboy with a heart of gold and was tough as dirt. Jerrell was a hard worker who found fulfillment working with his hands.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ella Jones; his brothers and sisters; and son-in-law, Sammy Simpson.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Jewel Jones; daughter, Gail Smith; son, Wade Jones and wife Paula; daughter, Jennifer Simpson; sister Emma Mae Styron; grandchildren, Samuel Smith, Justin Smith, Trey Jones and wife Haley, Saige Erwin, and Raleigh Simpson; great grandchildren, Cadence Jones, Ember Jones, and Lola Rose Erwin; and numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
