She is preceded in death by her husband, Sam Smith.
Survivors include her twin daughters, Trinity Smith and Teyanna Smith and daughter, Anita; step son, Billy Smith; sisters, Michelle Duchesne, Diane martinez, and Pauline Baum; mother, Beatrice Mueller and step father George Mueller; nephews, Christopher Duchesne, Caleb Helfrick, Jase Baum; nieces, Priscilla Harrison, Clarissa Costello, Monica costello ,Alexis Helfrick, liberty Duchesne, Vanessa Helfrick, Cheyenne Baum, Stacey Patterson, and kaede Baum; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
