Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy Jean Nelson, 89, of Monroe, LA will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis, TN., with Rev. Lauren Lyon officiating.
She is preceded in death by her parents, J.M. and Naomi Bizzell; loving husband of 45 years, Jack V. Nelson; son-in-law, Charles Brunner and sister, Anne Stewart.
Those left to cherish her memories include her children, Charlotte Anne Brunner of St. Louis, MO., Michael Scott Nelson of Monroe, LA. and Nelson McGee and wife Lauren Lyon of Cedar Rapids, IA.; Special Daughter Vicki Wiggins of St. Louis, MO.; brother-in-law, Michael Deming of Germantown, TN and niece Sharon Leigh Stewart of Monroe, LA. Also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
