Obituary for Janice Sue Rogers
Funeral service celebrating the life of Mrs. Janice Sue Rogers of West Monroe, LA will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, November 27, 2020 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe, with Larry Linson officiating. Burial will be at Old Sardis Cemetery, West Monroe, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.
Janice She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all. She dedicated her life to God and helped everyone that needed it.
She is preceded in death by her father, Ellis Kelley and mother, Lila Violet Kelley.
Those left to cherish her greatest memories include her husband of 38 years, Bernie Roger, daughter, Tanya Lively and husband Rodney; son, Steven Lenard and wife Jan; stepsons, Andy Rogers and wife Terrina, and Sammy Rogers and wife Jennifer; six grandchildren, Rachel Lively, James Lively and wife Diana, Ashley Thomas and husband Thomas, Tal Lenard, Ethan Lenard; sisters, Patsy Lindsay and husband Larry, Nancy Taylor and husband Taylor; brother, Joe Kelley and wife, Arleen; three great-grandchildren, Charlie Berry, Wyatt Lively, and John Wesley Lively; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is in the hands of God where she is at peace. Her bright light will forever shine down on us all.
