Funeral service for Ms. Jan Neel Culpepper, 64, of West Monroe, will be on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home-West Monroe, with Bro. Phillip Bendenbender officiating. Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.
Ms. Culpepper was born on December 4, 1955 and passed from this life on May 15, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents, William Neel and Francis Neel Kirby.
Survivors left to cherish her memory are her husband of 34 years, Marvin Culpepper; son, Clint Culpepper and wife Chelsea; daughter, Angie Culpepper and fiancé’ Wesley Beard; lifelong best friend Allie Bixler; sister, Carol Jean Caples; brother, Paul Neel. Her beloved grandchildren are Nathyn Colvin, Parker Styron, Lillian Culpepper and Emoree Hampton. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
