Obituary for Jamie McKnight
Funeral Services for Jamie McKnight will be Saturday March 25, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, 600 Highway 139, Monroe, LA.
Jamie Lee McKnight was born May 9, 1978, and passed from this life on March 21, 2023, at the early age of 44. She was a member of River Life Church. Jamie never met a stranger. She would talk to anyone through almost anything they were going through. Her children and her grandbaby meant the world to her. She had such a free and loving spirit; she could always bring a smile to your face.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Redding and husband Hubert Allen, Mom, Susan Lenard and husband Opie Lenard.
Those left to cherish her memories include her daughters, Roxanne King and Cara Compton; son, Trapper Fleming; grandson, Owen Purvis; father, James Collinson and wife Nino. She is also survived by numerous siblings, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
Honorary Pallbearers Trapper Fleming, Cameron Fleming, Wade Fleming, Joe Turner and Dylan McKnight.
Although she is gone, her memory will forever remain in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made directly to Griffin Funeral Home.
