Funeral service celebrating the life of Mr. James Dawson Hicks, 65, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Griffin Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA. Interment will follow at Mt. Ararat Cemetery in Downsville, LA with Bro. Lewis officiating.
Family will accept friends for visitation from 9am until the time of service at the funeral home.
Mr. Hicks is preceded in death by his parents, George and Marie Hicks.
Those left to cherish his memories include his sons, Derek (Krystal) Hicks of Crowley, LA, and Jeremie (Stacey) Hicks of Youngsville, LA; his brother, Scott (Trisha) Hicks of West Monroe, LA; sisters, Dana Davis of West Monroe, LA, Susan (Bert) Windham of West Monroe, LA.
Also left to cherish his memories include five grandchildren, Brayden Hicks, Bailey Hicks, Kian Hicks, Anna Hicks, and Halle Smith.
Pallbearers to honor his memory include Justin and Scott.
