Mr. James was born October 21, 1949 and passed from this life May 21, 2020 at the age of 70.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Minnie Allen; brother, Jerry Allen; niece, Elizabeth Coon; nephew, Ray Allen.
Those left to cherish his memories include his wife of 20 years, Reina Allen; son, Carlos Castillo; brothers, Wayne Allen and wife Peggy, Shawn Allen and wife Dana; sisters, Charlotte Coon and husband James, Linda Allen; also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of extended family and friends.
