Obituary for George Maurice Self Jr.
Funeral service celebrating the life of George Maurice Self, Jr. of Monroe, LA will be held at 1:00pm, Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Apostolic Restoration Church, 108 WT Hemphill Dr. West Monroe, with Pastor Nathan Thornton officiating.
Interment will follow at Mulhearn memorial park, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.
Maurice was born March 7, 1962 and passed from this life September 4, 2020 at the age of 58.
He is preceded in death by his father, George Self; mother, Mary Crenshaw, and sister, Shirley Jean Self.
Survivors include his sister, Verna self; aunt, Pauline Paulus and husband Richard; also survived by numerous cousins and a host of extended family and friends.
