Obituary for Frank Lee Dean
Memorial Service for Frank Lee Dean will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm to 2:00pm Wednesday, December 28, 2022.
Mr. Frank Dean was born on January 12, 1952 and passed from this life on December 16, 2022, at the age of 70. He had a compassionate heart for all people, tried to share the love of Jesus Christ with all those that he could, and was a loving husband father, and grandfather. Frank was funny and loved to joke. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with horses and working with them. Frank loved his dogs, Romeo and Fudge, and when his health allowed it, to hunt. He found fulfillment in attending church and helping those in need. Frank Could be found giving out food to the homeless at the shelter on Desiard St. he also had the routine of reading his bible every morning while he drank his morning coffee.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice Dean; son, Terrance Dean; parents J.D. and Gladys Dean; sisters, Joyce Dean, Sadie Dean, Verline Burns, and Dorothy Dean; and brothers, J.D. Dean Jr. and Emmanuel “Bo” Dean.
Those left to cherish his memories include his sons, Eric Dean and Stephen Dean; daughters, Jaden Dean, Tiffany Dean, and Monica Dean; brother Wordell Dean; sister, Pamela Freeman; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and a whole host of other family and friends.
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: henceforth, there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8
