Obituary for Frances Louise Neathery
Funeral services for Mrs. Frances L. Neathery of Monroe, LA will be 11:00am Thursday, April 4, 2019 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home 911 Warren Drive West Monroe with Preacher Richard Byrd officiating. Interment will follow at Antioch Cemetery near Rayville under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00am until time of service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Neathery was born September 25, 1931 in Gladewater, TX and passed from this life on March 31, 2019 in Monroe, LA at the age of 87. She was a longtime member of Swartz Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Neathery; her son, Charles Ray Neathery; Parents; three brothers; three sisters.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Vickie N. Austin and special person ex Clyde; four sons, Glenn Neathery and wife, Betty Jean, Earl Neathery, Johnny Neathery, and Thomas Neathery and wife, Margie; special grandson, Jet Turlington; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Tim Neathery, Jerimy Lee, Cameron Lee, Cole Lee, Daniel Parker and Roy Withers. Honorary pallbearers will be Caleb Ashley and Kane Turlington.
