Memorial services for Mrs. Evelyn Skains Foster of Monroe, LA will be 1pm Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Lapine Assembly of God in West Monroe with Rev. Gene Benson officiating. Visitation will be from 11am until time of service Thursday at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe.
Mrs. Foster was born April 8, 1947 in Farmerville, LA and passed from this life on June 10, 2019 in Monroe, LA at the age of 72. She was a longtime member of Lapine Assembly of God in West Monroe.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Moses and Mattie Skains; her brother, Aubrey Skains; and her sister, Carolyn.
Survivors include her husband, Harold Edward Foster; two sons, Donnie Foster and wife, Tara, and Kenneth Shane Foster and wife, Tina; three daughters, Lisa Auttonberry, Kelley Foster and Cassie Cameron; nine grandchildren, Laurel Drake, Molly Foster, Cody Auttonberry, Heath Auttonberry, Jacob Auttonberry, Kelsey Woods, Dylan Woods and Kaden Cameron; two step-grandchildren, Katie and Tracey; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
