Mrs. Garner was born September 11, 1942 in Tallulah, LA and passed from this life on June 8, 2021 in West Monroe, LA at the age of 78. She enjoyed gardening and loved to make her yard beautiful. She enjoyed video poker, and especially enjoyed keeping her family in line. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Garner; her first husband, J.B. Rollinson; her second husband, Buddy Cupit; her parents, Eugene and Eula Shows; one sister, Jean Davis; three brothers, James Shows, Alvin Shows, and Joe Shows; one son, Charles Cupit; one grandson, E.T. Mann; and three great-grandchildren, Payton Rollinson, Albert Rollinson, Jr. and Caitlynn Mudge.

Survivors include her children, Jeanie Sturdivant and husband, Terry of Calhoun, Wilma Ellis and husband, Steve of West Monroe, Eugene Cupit of West Monroe, Edgar Cupit and wife, Jami of Ruston, Debbie Cupit of West Monroe and Cathy Thomas and husband, Glen of West Monroe; one sister, Shirley Smith of Rayville; one brother, William Shows and wife, Marilyn of Eros; also survived by twenty-five grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
