Obituary for Dixie Lee Bushaw
Funeral service celebrating the life of Dixie Lee Bushaw of Cleburne, TX., will be held at 10:00am, Wednesday, October 12, 2022 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe, LA. with Rev. Fran Mohler officiating. Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
Family will receive friends for visitation 9:00am, until time of service at the funeral Home.
Dixie was born January 23, 1951, and passed from this life October 7, 2022, at the age of 71.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Geraldine Kinnett, father, James Mealer, and husband, Leo Bushaw.
Those left to cherish her memory includes her brother, John Mealer and wife, Mary; nieces, Kelly Cachon and husband Jorge, and Nicole Mealer; nephews, John T. Mealer, II, C.J. Mealer; great niece, Amanda Cachon, and great nephews, Michael Perez and Jonathon Cachon; Also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
Pallbearers include Jay Mealer, Willie Kerrigan, JT Mealer, Eddoe Tidwell, and Wayne Jones.
