She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Helen Frisby.
Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Cecil Strickland; children, Elizabeth Avery and husband, Kenneth, Leslie Hite and husband, Michael, Charles David Strickland and wife, Kristen and Erin Davis and husband, Christopher; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; siblings, Charles Frisby, Dotti Rogers and husband, Lamar, William Frisby and wife, Lori, Roger Frisby and wife, Cheryl, Edward Roberts, Florence Curry and husband, Richard and Brenda Avery; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
