Obituary for Delton Dean Carruth

Funeral service celebrating the life of Delton Dean Carruth of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Crossroads Community Church in West Monroe, with Rev. Michael Holmes & Ann Holmes officiating.
Interment will follow at Luna Assembly of God Cemetery, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.

Family will receive friends for visitation 1pm until time of service at the church.

Delton, a minister, was born September 4, 1933 in Kingsland, AR, and passed from this life on March 6, 2020, in West Monroe, La. He is preceded in death by Raymond and Retha Carruth.
Survivors left to cherish his memories include his wife, Gloria Carruth, West Monroe; step-children, Linda Meseke of West Monroe, Teddy Bearden and wife Kathlene of Marshall, TX, Sandra Oliver and Husband Nathan of Baskin, LA; sister, Kay Lawrence of West Monroe; niece, Kami Winderman; two Great- nephews, Michael Worley and Hunter Winderman, and a great-niece, Lauren Worley; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.

Pallbearers to honor the memory of Mr. Carruth will be Ted Bearden, Roger Laffoon, Alif Gibson, Paul Sims, Artis Carroway, Tommy Crowson, and Henry Rogers.
