Funeral service celebrating the life of Debora Lynn Witherington of West Monroe, LA will be held 2:00pm, Tuesday, April 13, 2021 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe. Family will receive friends for visitation, 12pm until time of service at the funeral home.

Debora was born November 22, 1954 and passed from this life April 7, 2021 at the age of 66.
A flower child soul with a quick temper. She loved her family more than anything in this world.
She dealt with many adversities in this life, but her heart remained full of love. She loved the outdoors and music. All who were her friend she held very dear to her. She never met a stranger and would give you the shirt off her back if it would help.
She is preceded in death by her father, Charles C. Witherington; mother, Annie Witherington; son, Jonathan McCain, and sister, JoAnn Roy.
Those left to cherish her memories include her daughter, Gara Fluitt and Chris of West Monroe, LA; grandchildren, Tate Thompson and Garet Thompson of West Monroe, LA, Carrie Karty and Dylan sons of Lancaster, OH, Cilas Fluitt of West Monroe, LA; siblings, Judy Green and Billy of West Monroe, LA, Jackie Carter of Orlando, FL, Sherry Williams and Robert of West Monroe, LA, Lisa Powell of Nashville, TN, Bo Witherington and Shelly of West Monroe, LA; great grandchildren, Tytus Thompson of West Monroe, LA, Desmond Sons of Lancaster, OH, Tessa Thompson of West Monroe, LA, Clementine Sons of Lancaster, OH; Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends.
