Obituary for David R Tremaine
A Celebration of Life service for Mr. David R. Tremaine of Monroe, LA will be held 6:00 PM Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at the First Christian Church in Monroe, LA. The church is located at the corner of Forsythe and Loop. Dr. Craig Ferguson will officiate the service.
Mr. Tremaine was born September 14, 1954, in Carlinville, IL and passed from this life on January 20, 2023, in Monroe, LA at the age of 68. He was a member of First Christian Church in Monroe. David was a traveling electrician for the Honeywell company. In his free time David enjoyed doing all sorts of carpentry work and would fill his time building many different projects. He was also a member of The Power Squadron Club of Monroe where he enjoyed boating with his friends. He will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Marjorie Tremaine.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Nancy Tremaine. He is also survived by one brother, John E. Tremaine; one sister, Debra Sims; and several nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
