David was born September 16, 1951 in Louisville, MS, and passed from this life May 21, 2019 in Monroe, LA, at the age of 67. He will be remembered as a happy out-going man who loved life to the fullest; always had a hand and smile for everyone. David was retired from a very long career in the floor covering business; with Reese Floor Covering and Ark-La Flooring.
He is preceded in death by his father Howard Earl Reese, Sr.; step-mother, Tonie Reese; brother, Ronnie Lee Fordstep-father, Wallace Ford Jr; niece, Savannah Reese; nephew, Jeremy Reese.
Those Left to cherish his memories include his wife, Eva Perry Reese; son, Jessie Reese; grandson, Jakota Reese; mother, Lorena Reese Ford; five brothers, Howard (Buddy) Reese, Jr and wife Deloris, Delphin “Punky” Lovato and wife Cherie, Wayne Ford and wife Sybil, Ricky Smith and wife Kayla, Billy Smith and wife Misty; two sisters, Earline Reese Mumaw and husband Robert, Trudy Ford Armfield and husband Robin;
special lifelong friend, Jimmy Liner and wife Cindy; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
