Thank you for the kind words and memories. Cooper always thought of others over himself. He was my husband and best friend. So happy his funeral was so uplifting and a real celebration of his life.

Cooper was a humble and loving husband. He was so sweet and thought of others over himself. We had many happy years together. Even in his sickness he never complained. He was thinking of how it effected me. He was a joy to take care of. I was so thankful his funeral was uplifting and a celebration of his life. Thanks to everyone for their kind words and prayers for Cooper. He was well loved and I will miss my Cooper

Heartfelt condolences to the entire Fontenot family. JJ, Nelma, Cooper and all of you played such a significant role in the formative and most enjoyable years of our lives. May peace be with all of you and particularly with coopers family. I do not know his wife and children, but know that cooper was a kind and very talented gentle man from a very early age. May he rest in Gods arms. Miles Matt

Praying that God will comfort you in this time of loss. Graduated with Greg and remember his sweet little brother Cooper well. We lived only 2 blocks away and his mom taught me in 5th grade. May he rest in the arms of Jesus

Cooper was younger than me but a good friend of my brother, Nap, so in our earlier years there was time spent together. He was very talented in his artwork. He was a little shy but would perform his rendition of Mr. Whip, the Ag teacher, sometimes. Too funny! I know he will be greatly missed!
My mass today will be offered for him and your family. I will also keep him and your family in my prayers. May God have mercy on his soul!

Yes, he would tell me about Mr. Whip :) It was good to Nap at the funeral. They were so closed and Nap was a awesome friend to Coop
