Mrs. Cassandra Ann Haley was born April 30, 1970, in Monroe, LA and passed from this life on November 30, 2022, in Ruston, LA at the age of 52. Cassandra liked to ride around spending time with family and friends, she enjoyed sitting around a bonfire. One of her favorite things to do was play with her grandchildren, Celena and Amyiah. She loved to read her Bible and listen to gospel music. During football season she would have her son Jeremy cook on the grill while they watched the Saints play. She enjoyed browsing through Dollar General and The Family Dollar. She liked to help others. She loved decorating her home for Thanksgiving and Christmas. She loved her family with all her heart, she will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joe Knighten and Delores Smith. She is also preceded in death by Joe Dempsey Smith, Maldean Smith, and Gabriel Jones.

Survivors include her husband, Claude Haley; her children, Jeremy Haley, Kristy Joiner Chelsea Haley, and stepson, Jason Heyl; her siblings, Jimmy Knighten, Joey Knighten, Bobbie Sue Booth, and sassy sis, Brandi. Cassandra is also survived by step-nephew, Chance, niece, Lillie and 5 grandchildren and these other family members: Sammy, Joe, David Jones, Joe Knighten Jr., Savanna Knighten, Ethan Mitchell, Skylier Mitchell, and Kolton Joiner.
